The City of Whittier is proud to serve both residents and visitors alike. The jewel of the City is the Whittier Harbor, which has services for both recreational and commercial enterprises. From showers to weather forecasts, emergency help to boating advice – Harbor staff helps with a smile. The City’s administrative office houses two notaries and handles additional services from issuing permits, tax payments, emergency and police services. Forms are found in the reception area and City staff are glad and prepared to help in any way they can.
